- Any cancellation made within two hours of payment.
- No refund shall be made for incorrect data provided by the customer. However one can send correct information within two hour of order.
- Once the report is delivered to the customer no refund shall be made.
- In case of double payment made by mistake against the single order, one payment will be refunded.
- No refund shall be made if any prediction does not come true.
- In case of Telephonic Consultation, No refund will be made after the Telephonic session is Over.
- Answering any query after receiving the Report is completely depends upon the Astrologer and no refund will be made if the astrologer do not reply to any query after sending the Report.
